        There are two types of people in the world, ones who prepare ahead and have there future planned out, and there are those who “go with the flow” and expect everything to happen. The question is: which should you be?

        “I always had my career goal in mind, this made it a lot easier to do what I needed to do to accomplish it” says Waseem Ali, IT system electrician. People like Waseem are goal setters and studies show that people that set their goals are 60% more likely to succeed. Why is that though? People with goals set have TV’s in their heads that show them what they are going to do. With their future already in mind it is easier to work to get to that goal. “Picking your goal is like choosing a car: the hard part but once you have picked your car the rest is easy” says Waseem.

        Now we come in to the perspective of those slackers who expect something to happen. "People with goals succeed because they know where they are going.
