State that you saved and then tested the query by the doing the below:
State that you used wizard to create the Find guest form from the Find guest query as shown:
State that you repeated the process as before when you were creating the “New guest form”.
Do not repeat the screen shots a second time pls.
State that you got the above parameter box when you finished creating it:
State that typing in the request “Entre guest surname or part of it” e.g. “Burton” gives you a search result of that guest as shown below:
Now explain you went on design view to create the command buttons as shown above using this tool box:
Now you have shown how you created your tables, a query from design view, a form using wizard, you are going to show one more example of creating a form from design view and that would be it. After that, you only need to get screen shots of your final designs of all the other forms but not how you created them as the processes are all the same.
Use the Room status form (Enter date form) to show how you created a form from design view:
This is just enough. The rest will be screen shot of finished forms now.
You have to recreate these screen shots using your own database because mine has Godwin’s Hotel PLC on it. When you finish annotating these screen shots as I have sampled for you, I will direct you on how to show your final screen shots, which will also lead to testing stage.
