The purpose of this document is to inform the reader on different issues and matters it is also another way of communication between people or business.

I have used all sorts of different types of information which include:

• Letterhead template used for the quick design of the letter.

• The Letterhead also includes graphics such as the logo and the Word art was used on to show the company’s name.

I have used a number of techniques, which are:

• Paper size and orientation:  A4 portrait which is used for all business and letter documents

• Fonts: Different fonts used for the body and the letterhead

• Headers and Footers: Footer is used to show the name of the document and where it is saved.

• Standard Layouts: I looked at examples of existing letters and I used my own knowledge of to know how to layout the document.

• I also set out my document by following the normal procedures for a letter set out by using body of text and complementary close etc

• Headings: The name of the company was used for the letterhead and also the name of the reader to.

• Bold: This was used to make certain words stand out stand out on the document.

The standard ways of working I have used are:

Accuracy: I used the spell checker to correct spelling mistakes in my work.

Filing: I used filing to organize my work so it is easy to find and also to reference.

Page orientation: The letter size is A4 portrait like all business letters and documents are.
