Conclusion

Basically this means that the manager and the assistant manager will be the end-users. The new system is going to totally help them and is going to be easier for the managers to record payments and receipt as well as keep accounts. This new system will help avoid errors in calculations and it will be easier to use and less time consuming. Processing required There are 2 different types of processing systems. These are batch processing and interactive real time processing. The type of processing I will be using is the interactive real time processing. In this processing the data is processed as soon as it is collected whereas if I was using batch processing it would take a day or even up to a week to collect all the data and then process it.
