After a lot of consideration, I have decided to use Publisher to create a web site, as it will have a much larger threshold audience, and I will be able to use more varied ways of conveying a message. Decision I have decided to make my web site on SNES emulation, as it will be a good subject to do as web site on, and I will be able to use my skills to the maximum. Specification 1. I will break the text up, with pictures, or other non-text elements. 2. I will have an easy to accesses navigation bar. 3. I will use the same colour scheme, for all pages. 4.
