Craig Lochhead AS Level Physical Education Training Programme This training programme is something that I put together to help me improve my jump so that it would be easier for me to jump. For example if there was a situation where I as to get a rebound it would be easier for me to get the rebound. Another example would be to be able to jump higher to block a shot or a lay up. Or this training would be also good to over jump the offence to take a shot. Many drills have been put into this programme to help me improve in my Basket Ball.
