Network can either be a wireless local area network or a local area network that uses high frequency radio signals to transmit and receive data over distances of a few hundred feet.
Laptop is a portable computer small enough to use in your lap.
Device is any piece of equipment made for a particular purpose, especially a mechanical or electrical one.
For years the way teachers approach teaching children has changed and with the introduction of technology it has changed dramatically from the use of the cassette player to the laptop. Originally teachers had reserved feelings towards the introduction of technological devices such as the calculator because they felt that the students weren’t actually learning a problem that is still present today though now there is a bigger reason for the mistrust. The relationship is most likely to go downhill because most parents will be against the thought of their 8 year old child having unlimited access to the internet where they can stumble upon the seedy dark underworld of the internet such as inappropriate images and videos with obscene content.
Criterio D: Solución del problema económico
As was shown before the problem is that people mainly parents will lose trust in machines such as the iPad or laptop which could lead to boycotts and a decrease in sales of these devices.
Solution 1: Having a balance between the iPad and textbooks
Explanation: Basically having the students use the iPads in certain classes where the textbooks aren’t necessary such as technology.
Benefits: This solution reduces the dependency the students might eventually have towards the devices and parents won’t worry as much.
Limits: Using this solution also has disadvantages like that the teacher won’t be able to control the students so the mistrust is still there just not as much.
Solution 2: The other solution is to keep restrictions on the devices that the students would not be able to bypass.
Explanation: Have restrictions on the devices so as to not worry about what the students might be doing on them.
Benefits: This solution lets teachers and parents not have to worry about what the students do because they know what they can and cannot do on the devices.
Limits: The only disadvantage is that the students will feel not trusted and they will begin to lose trust in their parents and teachers.
Of these two solutions the better one is obviously the first one because the implications are much smaller.
