It's popular because more people know how to use it and it is also easy to use as I want to make it as simple as possible for the user of Care Hire. Ensuring security and safety: For ensuring security and safety for Car Hire Company I chose security software because it's an appropriate software. Reports each field can be placed anywhere on the form, and used many times. It is easy to combine data from more than one table into one report. A report can be made as a table with spreadsheet but this can look less professional. Calculations Limited calculations done in forms or reports. Many calculations which can be setup easily and quickly. Charts There are some selections but Limited in comparison to spreadsheet. Many charts and graphs can be made. Easy to setup and change. Queries Very complex queries can be performed on one or more tables. Limited in comparison to spreadsheet especially with multiple tables. The type of computer that I would recommend for Car Hire Company must run an off-the shelf software like Microsoft Office (Access, Excel) because it will suit the company's requirements. The hardware RAM must be at least 1136 Mb, the hard disk should be at least 3.1 GB and the CPU must be 2000 MHz. I think that these numbers and sizes will make Car Hire Company user able to run all the applications needed easily and quickly which could save him a huge amount of time as it's not very complicated to use. ?? ?? ?? ?? 1 ...read more.
