• Choices of food and drink
• Whether the wedding celebration continues into the evening
• The number of invitations to be prepared and posted

And if

• Any guests are staying overnight
• Taxis are required
• A photographer is booked
• Floral decorations are requested
• Clothes hire is required
• A registrar is booked
• The disco is booked

Also, I have to input the day of the wedding because even that can affect the cost, because a registrar who performs the wedding ceremony on Sunday is much more expensive.

I have to input a title which shows clearly which wedding it is, and where it is planned to take place.

How to Judge that the Task Has Been Completed Successfully

To ensure that the task has been completed successfully, I have to have covered all the performance criteria. The performance criteria for this task includes:

• Producing a spread-sheet based system that would allow to produce on one side of A4a cost estimate for any wedding package (Modelling)
• The estimate must have the wedding party’s name as well as the day and date of the wedding.
• The model spreadsheet must be as simple as possible. It should be able to manage the different choices and price ranges that Helmcroft Hall offers. The price ranges should be visible to the user of the spreadsheet. It should be clear whether budget, standard or deluxe has been chosen.
• I need to printout a clean and readable spreadsheet on one side of A4.
• I must save the file with a sensible name for each estimate.
• I need to print the file name on the estimate.
• I need a title on the spreadsheet that clearly shows which wedding it is, and where it is planned to take place.

Testing

Since I know the cost of the Friesniere-Artez wedding (£4030.07), I will be able to use it to test that my spreadsheet is working properly.
