A problem that I can help Eddie out on is to build a fast and efficient system for him and his business

He told me that his system was always failing and crashing and took so long to load up.  So I provided him with some options of a system and I think he will be very happy with the choice that we made on building the system for Eddie.  Usually loading up his system and recording data on his system, it would take ages and crash, and in the end he would have to take notes on paper because he has given up trying to do them on his system.  But with my system he will not need to resort to that conclusion because this new system will be easy to use so Eddie will not feel the need to resort to pen and paper again

A very important part of the system is the password protection, just incase some people try to break in and steal information from his system or to just be a nuisance and to ruin all of his work and sales.  He will also need to make back-up copies of his data frequently just incase of fire or flooding etc.  He will need new equipment to allow him to increase the efficiency of his system.  

He will need a new up-to-date computer with a number of different technologically peripherals, such as; a printer – to print important information and a number of different reports, a scanner - to scan on important documents, a CD-RW/DVD-RW drive – to make back up copies of important information, so if the system crashes then he can load it up again without losing his data.  He would also need a new mobile phone that he could receive messages on about his system or online e-mails.  Another thing that he could also use is a handheld computer.  So he could load his software/system on so that he has it with him all of the time, so its like a second copy/ back up copy or just to use as your real copy, it’s just very useful to have when your about using a wireless internet connection and its good because its very personal.  

So now Eddie’s problem is now no longer a problem, now that I have advised him to buy all this new equipment and accessories for his brand new computer and then I am building him his new system.  So now he will have not as many problems with his computer and will be able to access his system very quickly and the system will be very efficient and accurate.  He needs this system and new equipment because his company is growing rapidly and needs a faster, more efficient system and needs more storage space on the system for all of the data files and about his financial status.  Also with the adoption of this system, Eddie will save money and time.  He will be able to ensure that customer’s demands are satisfied and that all of his bills are paid on time.
