The will be near a busy road as it will act as a trap to get people to go there, also it allows lorries to get in and out of the business park easier as the roads are bigger. Its easier than going into the centre of a town. One of the RAC buildings is located next to the M6 Walsall, this is a good example as its easy for the RAC vehicles to get to there destination with ease.
