The characteristics of a business are very important, as it can be a way to attract customers.  It also helps the are to look pleasant.  The characteristics of a business park is that it is rather attractive and a lot of the time it has some amazing architecture,  here is a couple of examples of the sort of work that is done to encourage customers.  Here is a picture of a RAC building in a business park.

There will be a lot of features such as fountains, plants, trees and even ponds.  The car parks will be well designed to keep the customers pleased with the lay out, the business parks go big on presentation and try there best to keep the customers happy and pleased.  They spend a lot of money in making the business parks.  There will be a lot of businesses in the area that are head quarters for businesses.  The will be near a busy road as it will act as a trap to get people to go there, also it allows lorries to get in and out of the business park easier as the roads are bigger.  Its easier than going into the centre of a town.  One of the RAC buildings is located next to the M6 Walsall, this is a good example as its easy for the RAC vehicles to get to there destination with ease.

        Business parks are located in large cities for the reason that it can attract a lot of customers and is able to get a lot of workers.  There is a rising number as it improves the business by a huge amount.  Again by being close to a large city the import and export rate will be higher.
