Gift. However, among all my favorite presents, the most memorable one was probably the teddy bear that was given to me on my twelfth birthday by my friends.

My little buddies were really happy and excited when they heard the news. After talking together and careful "deliberation" and "investigation" in the shopping center, they chose to buy me a teddy bear for a present. Why? Because they loved it for the first site. Even though it was expensive, they decided to buy it for my anyway. At that time, we were all small children so we had little excess money. Therefore, friendship encouraged my friends to save every penny they got. Finally, two hundred dollars was gathered and they were able to get hold of that "treasure". The teddy bear was very cute. On my birthday party, it was wrapped delicately. I opened it with curiosity and cautious and I discovered that it was a snowy and furry "little" bear. Talking about little, I really should say that, actually, it was as tall as a five-year-old child. It had a red and golden bow on its neck. The pair of spherical eyes and the innocent expression on its face impressed me, too. I gave it a big hug and a gentle kiss. "I love it," I said to my friends. "That," my little buddies replied, "is what we have been waiting for." That night, I felt the warmth from my friends and the true meaning of friendship. Caring from my friends really the most prized possession I ever had, I thought. Also, I came to understand the importance and preciousness of friendship. This experience of friendship gave me confidence and encouragement, and helped me in every aspect of my life. In that evening, we laughed, played, talked, and enjoyed the delicious food, and took some pictures that were memorized in our hearts forever. All in all, that teddy bear was given to me at a special time, for a special reason, and it represents a special friendship and a special memory. And most importantly, it took my little friends a difficult process to get that "little" bear. Now, though I am in Canada, the teddy bear is still sitting at the shelves in my house and it always reminds me of the wonderful time I had with my dear friends. What a memorable gift it is!
