I can verify the direction in which the ball goes and how far it goes. My accuracy, technique and form are usually good. * Good throwing skill - I am proficient to perform a series of throwing, whether it is pitching, underarm throw and a distance throw. Conclusion

Review My action plan was effective in all areas. Batting improved greatly, I now am able to hit on average 9/10 balls all the time. Throwing improved slightly, my throwing technique is till the same just with a bit more accuracy. Catching improved dramatically now I can generally catch most balls at any speed, distance and angle. Knowledge of rules, I now know understand every aspect of the game. Advance rounders, I now play with more style and look more professional. Cardio-vascular fitness improved significantly, I now maybe able to play a complete game without leading to fatigue. iii) Conclusion In general, I am very pleased with my action plan and its results. My performance in games has improved. I have a better satisfaction when I play the game.
