Supply chain:
As our company is utilizing recyclable materials to produce furniture, the recyclable materials should be non-toxic and innoxious. In order to guarantee the quality of raw materials, we will go to processing factories by ourselves to investigate and find trusted suppliers to be our long-term partners. We can gain more profit by purchase in a lower price of the long-term suppliers. In addition, we will have another two suppliers for inventory as backups. [List of suppliers: see table] Next, customers can go to ebay to buy our finished goods, so that we can cut a lot of budget of pave rent. We will also have a small store to show our furniture and consumers can buy there. Our company also provides home-delivery service to get more sales.
Production process: (Alice 补充)
First of all, we purchase the recyclable materials from processing factories, and then we reprocess with chemical substances, in order to make the materials be watertight and moisture proof (防潮的). Next, we platen, thermalize and cool the recyclable materials. We color the planks and cut them off. Finally, we put recycled paper which is shaped as honeycomb into two planks, and platen them together. We utilize these reprocessed materials to produce tables, chairs, shelves and something else.
Equipments: (Alice 补充)
As our enterprise is a recyclable furniture company, the equipments contain cutter bars(切割机),dyeing machines(染色机械),chillers (冷却器), pressing plates (压板),hoists(起重机).
