I have chosen the two videos because both of the videos are about cheating on their partners, whereas cry me a river was meant to be an attack on Britney for cheating on Justin Timberlake, Mr. Brightside is how he is feeling well watching his girlfriend cheat on him. In the world full of music instrumental music has its place, which cannot be occupied by any other type of music. Although it is great for some people, it might be unpleasant for others, but still, it has lived longer than any other type of music, therefore it has its own greatness. Instrumental music has no lyrics or anything related with words. It's just a combination of sounds that come from a man made instrument consisting of wood and wire. Source A states that in 1964, The Beatles were infamous, they were everything of the time. The country stood still if anything to do with The Beatles was happening. The source states that "instead of the evening rush hour an extraordinary silence and emptiness had descended upon London, on England, on Britain." This statement is a bold one, basically saying that the Beatles were every British person's favourite band. During the 1950's young white middle class people had a lot more money to spend on themselves than any other generation. They were unquestionably better off than young people in other countries and indeed than what their parents had been during the years of the great Depression. Companies were starting to reply with products that were specifically targeted at them and 'teenage fads' were starting to become a lot more profitable. Teenager's annual spending power had increased by 15 million dollars between 1950 - 1959. After the war 75% of high school boys between the ages of 16-17 owned a car. Rock Festival As I walked through the gate I could hear the buzz of chatter. The smell of the food stalls wafted through the air. As I moved closer I could see the stage it was about 10 metres wide and about 5 in width. Almost everywhere people were seiging in to the camp. There were loads of music stores with all kinds of music. As the time passed people started to move towards the stage to try and get a good view.
