Egypt - Africa (Middle East)
A Middle Eastern country in northeast Africa, Egypt is at the center of the Arab world.
From tradition to modernity, Egypt is a country which has succeeded in creating a present that is as fascinating as it past.
Main cities in Egypt- Cairo(Capital city), Luxor, Alexandria, Hurghada, Aswan, Sharm el Sheikh, Dahab and Taba.
Cultural,physical features:
Even today, Egypt is still synonymous with the legends of the Pharaohs, the Great Pyramids, treasure-laden tombs and undeciphered hieroglyphs,
Egypt also offers nature and desert safari, trip to oases , Red Sea Mountains or Sinai coasts. In Egypt you may choose to relax on the wondrous Egypt Red Sea exploring one of the most beautiful places for scuba diving(famous places for divers coast along Sharm el Sheikh, Marsa Alam, Blue Hole…), or just leisurely float down the Egyptian Nile on a luxurious river boat.
Social features, characteristics of destination and Issues affecting tourism in Egypt:
Most of the population follows Islamic religion, minority belongs to Coptic Orthodox religion. Egyptians are generally very warm and welcoming nation to any nationality or religion, they are friendly and grateful to any visitors and tourists coming to see Egypt.
Even the most simpliest person knows how important role has tourism for the country. Egypt has, for many years now, been a very controlled environment, specifically regarding tourists (especially since the bombings along the Sinai east coast, in Sharm el Sheikh and terrorist attack in Luxor in 1997). A specific body of tourist police has been in place ever since I began visiting Egypt in order to protect tourists, and many of the safeguards at airports just only recently adopted by the US have been operational in Egypt for many years. Metal detectors grace the doorways of all tourist hotels, manned by guards, and tourists, whether in groups or not, are escorted almost everywhere by police. Many people are afraid to travel to Egypt because of religion prejudice and safety related issues which happened in the past.
However Egypt is certainly the right place for Sun lovers because the climate in the country is mainly Mediterranean which means long and warm summer with short and mild winter.

Island Île de Gorée is a heaven of tranquility. But there's a sad background to all this calm beauty - Île de Gorée used to be an important slave trading station, and many visitors come here for traces of this tragic past.
-Comparing to Bastille in France, Senegal should keep honour to this place but renovate the Slave trading stations to be accessible for tourists. (it’s a way how to introduce to visitors part of history of Senegal)

Conclusion
After my research, reading a lot of articles about tourism, going through lot of web side with statistics is absolutely clear that tourism is increasing from year to year. Increasing in the terms of number of visitors and number of generated income as well.
I believe that tourism means to any country- developed or least developed country an important financial income. The main aspect toward developed or un-developed countries in tourism is the lack of awareness. Developed tourism spend a lot of their tourism generated revenue on advertising. In any country with well-organized tourism industry apart of financial revenue country is introducing culture, traditions, beauty of country to the world- through international tourists. For the next few years to improve tourism in general we need to bring professionalism into industry by improving in service for example.
People working in tourism should be educated within the field, they should be able to communicate in different languages to break the barriers of communication.
.
The "wining key" for tourism is PEOPLE.
Impression of any destination is made by people. Hospitality, professional dealing with tourists and good service make visitor feel comfortable and build the trust. Successful destination is the one, where tourists are coming back, they have always something to discover. Only We The People make any place to be successful and unforgettable that one visit is never enough.
