Good features of the multimedia product: To begin with, a good feature which is visible instantly of the Multimedia Presentation is the components of the car, the car components are clearly shown in relation to the position that they are in the car. This feature is very effective as it is effortless to distinguish what car parts are positioned where in the car, so ultimately it is very straightforward. Another good quality aspect of the Multimedia Presentation is that when you click on the different sections of the car it instantly transfers into a secondary screen with the specific parts of that section of the car. For example when you click the braking section, the next screen it brings up an image of the brake disc and the brake drum. This is a good feature because it gives you a more in depth view of the specific parts of the car which shows more information. The final good feature of the Multimedia Presentation is the sound played when you click on one of the screens. This is a good feature because it makes the Multimedia Presentation much more interesting by adding a different way to keep you interested in the Multimedia Presentation. 2. ANALYSIS INTRODUCTION The project that I have decided to make will be a Final Fantasy Fan Club. I have decided to do this as my project because it is something that I am in to, and therefore I will be able to input a lot of information into the club without having to research too deeply into it. I have decided to call my club 'Final Heaven', I have decided on this because it is a 'final' fantasy club, and it will be a 'heaven' for its members as they will be able to chat with other members and receive exclusive information and offers based on Final Fantasy. My club will have two sides to it. The first side will be a data side, where I will create a member database ready for members of my club, and I will also work out all the finances, which go into my club. The second side will be the media side; with this I will design my own advertising campaign, which h will include a TV advert, posters, flyers and a web page. IDENTIFYING THE PROBLEM At the time of typing this I have only ever seen Internet Final Fantasy fan clubs, these only provide a limited amount of resources, and offer nothing that can be taken away, only the opportunity to talk to other Final Fantasy fans, and see pictures and gain advice. Description of task In this project I will produce a spreadsheet for a successful and potential company "Belle Du Jour". The company sells products for special occasions such as wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, evening dresses and prom dresses etc. They also sell a range of jewelry and accessories for these special occasions. A spreadsheet will be beneficial to this company as they are very enthusiastic about expanding the successful service they provide customers, but at the moment they are not sure whether this is financially possible. The spreadsheet will help them keep track of their finances in a easy to use format. They would like to expand their business by opening a series of shops in the south east of London. This spreadsheet can supervise Belle Du Jour's finances. This will help to keep track of how much is gained and how much is spent. Task 1: Identify the problem Introduction: Today I was given a task from my father's friend. His name is Mr.Hussaini. As he owns a video lending library, he has problems maintaining the cassettes and the customers. He uses a manual method for maintaining the business; he uses paper files in order to record the no. of people renting the cassettes from the shop. He keeps each file for every customer who comes in the shop and rents the cassettes in order to keep a record of it. As now he has a huge no. of files for every single customer, it is very difficult for him to trace a customer file when comes to return a cassette. Mr.Hussaini doesn't have a computer currently. I have been assigned the task of an ICT support section of an up and coming web Development Company that dedicates itself to the incorporation of high-resolution graphics and video on web pages. Nevertheless their designs and solutions are restricted by the lack of decent hardware and software which is quickly becoming outdated in such a fast changing industry. 4th IT COURSEWORK ANALYSIS:- There is a new private school has established in my area called "Summer fields Tutorial". In that school, there are about 100 students. Now, that school has decided to publish a weekly newsletter, which will contain the sports report and the details about the upcoming events of next week. At the moment they have already started to create news letter. They produced those news letters without using any help from IT. As expected, the newsletter is not up to standard. It is only typed by using typewriter, and then photocopied 100 times (according to the number of students). I have talked to the secretary of the school about the procedure of creating the news letter. Whatever I heard from her is completely unbelievable. That's because she needs to spend an entire afternoon to create a final news letter for a week. After that she has to photocopy that 100 times! Though she has done all these hard work but still the final product is still not very nice to look at. The reasons for that are :- ) It is typewritten (using type writer). 2) It doesn't contain any graphic. 3) The photocopied version looks a bit dark and it's black on the edges as well. ANALYSIS OF PROJECT I am going to investigate how a new IT system in a Dubai Marauders Rugby Football Club can solve its problems. It is the biggest club in the region and most of its members are expatriates. It has a large rugby sevens tournament that takes place annually, and many international sides attend the tournament. There is also a good youth rugby scheme. It is located on the outskirts of Dubai City near to some motorways for good accessibility. Currently there are three grassed pitches, but there are plans to extend the number of these. During the tournament the club expects about ten thousand people to attend. Anyone who wants to use the club's facilities has to become a member. The Problem The current system used at the club is extremely poor. Applicants have to write all the details on a blank piece of paper. This often leads to the applicant becoming frustrated, as they do not know what information is required. The secretary then writes down the information on another pieces of paper and then clips the member's photo to and files it away. Currently the filing cabinets take up a lot of room and there are files of people who are no longer members.
